Return And Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.jofas.com.au operated by Jof Automation & Service.

Your order could be filled with our Australian stock or from our warehouse in China. All Panel PC orders would be filled directly from China. For Australian customers, all fees at the customs, if applicable, would be covered by us. For New Zealand customers, shipping fee is free on all items delivered from China, but New Zealand customers need to pay any fees might be incurred at the customs.

Normally it would take 2-10 working days. It might take longer to get delivered for Panel PCs of more than 10 units and HMI/PLC products of more than 30 units. Please talk to our experts if you have concerns.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. If your purchase includes Software Service and/or Programming Service, please note generally there’s no refund policy available for it. Under some circumstances, partially refund might be available depending on how far in the service has been started. Please talk to your salesperson regarding it.

All returns need to be shipped to our Sydney office with shipping fee paid by customers. Please keep its original package and we won’t accept returns with any physical damages to the products.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) as soon as possible after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

All our products offer a warranty period of 12 months from the date the invoice is issued.
